During loading we weigh with a modern digital scale each individual bag to make sure you get what you
pay for. I also take a sample from each bag and check the color and make sure if there is no old seedlac
mixed in your lot. I send the samples to SGS Thailand and in case of deductions I will deal with the
supplier. Standard I order a SGS test for Moisture and Insoluble matter. A full SGS test is of course also
possible.
