We make sure all bags containing seedlac or sticklac are filled and weighed by our staff using modern electronic scales,
recording up to 5 grams/bag weights. Each shipment will be delivered to contain the exact weight ordered. If you order 15
Metric Tons, we will guarantee we fill the container with 15,000 Kg. (15 MT) Guaranteed. We will inform you well in advance
regarding the Shipping Line used, the day of loading and ETD (time of Departure) Bangkok as well as the ETA (time of
Arrival) at the destination port. After loading the container we will inform your Container Number, Seal number and in due
course will send the documents to you via Air Courier Services. Meaning you will have all the necessary papers in your
possession when the seedlac shipment arrives at your port.

We at LacbiZ take the utmost care in making sure the goods ordered will be delivered to you in a timely and hassle-free
way. For this we provide our customers with a CFR (Costs & Freight - previously called C&F) all-inclusive price. This means
that we take the responsibility to ship the seedlac to your port-of-entry at your own country. This all included price means
that we pay for the goods, for the costs of getting to goods to the port of Bangkok, the ocean freight to the destination
port as well as provide you with all the documentation that you require for importing the goods.
An alternative for my customers is to use FOB (Free On Board) shipment. This might be suitable if the customer would like to
use one particular Shipping Line. We will provide the transport to the port of Bangkok, deliver the seedlac on board of the
vessel and again supply all relevant documents. The customer will then be responsible and pay for the ocean freight to port
of destination.
